WVPW Website - How does this work?

Welcome to the Willamette Valley Pop Warner website. If you are reading this, you are currently at what we call the portal to our website, the website consists of four main elements; Portal, Forum, Ticket System and our Online Store.

PORTAL: The Portal serves as the main communication delivery system. For example, one of the tabs to the left of this one is "2008 Season Info." You will want to keep your eye on that one for that once items get finalized, we will publish the dates on that tab. You will also notes several links on left side of the screen; (drop down menu "WVPW Menu"), (drop down menu "School Menu"), then a link list called "Web Menu".

WVPW Menu: Inside this menu, you will find links to Suggestions/Complaints, Online Calendar, Donate to WVPW, WVPW Sponsors, Team Photography, WVPW Photo Gallery, Ask WVPW, Internet Search, Field Locations and Scholarships.

School Menu: Inside this menu are links to the forum area for each High School area.

Web Menu: These are main links to the portal page, except the last link, it will take you to the forum login page.

FORUM: The forum is where we offer two-way communication between our league and parents (& fans). When using the forum, you do not have to login in order to search for posts, or read posts. However, if you wish to post comments to an open topic, you will need an account (when posting, you are asked to following the posting rules as outlined in the "Forum Rules" section.

TICKET SYSTEM: New for 2008, all complaints or suggestions will be entered into the ticket system. This will allow for the originator to check the status of the complaint or suggestion. When this becomes available, you will see a link at the top of the main Portal page, next to Home and Forum. This new system will allow you to check the status of the eTicket at any time, it will also ensure that the your message gets sent to the correct Executive Committee.

ONLINE STORE: We will be stocking up the store so that you can order your favorite team gear. Along with team gear, we will have limited number of previous season championship DVD's.
