End of Season Message(s)

• First and foremost, we want to congratulate all the athletes in a great 2008 season. WVPW would like to thank all the athletes, parents, fans, officials and volunteers on a successful season.
• Equipment Message
  • This is a reminder that all equipment needs to be turned back into the head coach by November 30th. When returning your equipment, please make sure to get a receipt (save this receipt). Failure to turn in equipment will result in an invoice being sent in the amount of $350. If the payment has not been made by the beginning of the 2009 registration, your child will not be allowed to register.
  • Equipment that needs to be returned: Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Practice Jersey, Practice Pants and Game Pants

• It is that time - please take approximately 15 minutes and provide valuable feedback regarding your child's coaches. All of us at WVPW value your feedback, it is this feedback that will allow the Coaching Coordinator, the Football Operations Committee and the WVPW Executive Board make coaching decisions for 2009.

• If you have Suggestions, Complaints or Feedback please use our ticket system to get your message to the right committee.
• Sportsmanship tickets should be directed to the "Coaching and Sportsmanship" committee. These type of tickets would include blow-out concerns, official concerns and coaching concerns.
